FAQs
01Who can join?+
Children and adults can join from any current reading level. Classes are one-to-one and adjusted after the assessment during the two free trial classes.
02Which course should I begin with?+
Most beginners start with Tajweed O Makharij. Learners who already read but need correction or completion may suit Nazra Quran With Tajweed. We recommend the course after the trials.
03How are classes conducted?+
Live 30-minute classes run between 3–9 PM PKT through WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet, with breaks for Asr, Maghrib and Isha prayers. Your preferred time is confirmed around the teacher’s local prayer schedule. Six days weekly is standard and five days is the minimum.
04Who will teach me or my child?+
Male teachers teach young male students and adults; female teachers teach children and adult female students. Parents may request either teacher for a child, subject to availability.
05How do the two free trial classes work?+
Submit the short form, confirm a suitable time on WhatsApp and attend two free one-to-one classes. Your level assessment takes place during these trials before we recommend a course and regular schedule.
06What is the fee and how is payment handled?+
The fee is PKR 5,000 per month with no admission, registration or hidden charges. Payment uses the academy’s official method. Teachers never request fees, Hadiyah or gifts.
07What if a class is missed or cancelled?+
Student absences and student-side internet issues are non-refundable. Teacher sick leave is also non-refundable. For any other teacher or academy cancellation, a proportional refund may be requested. The academy observes standard educational holidays, including Eid, 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal and 14 August. Any additional closure applies only when announced by the academy.
